S+B has secured a laboratory upgrade project for London South Bank University based in South East London covering 24 laboratories over 3 floors. S+B won the project through competitive tendering based upon the product design, price and programme and we are working closely with the Universities Estates team and main contractor for phased handover.
The existing laboratories are over 30 years old and the upgrade work includes new flooring, lighting, decoration and some minor room reconfiguration work. The project uses S+B’s Utilaire table frame system with mobile cabinets and the worktops are 16mm Trespa TopLab Plus.
