This week is the National Apprenticeship Week and we are celebrating Kai Corfield, our 16 years old Apprentice from Worsely.
Kai applied directly for an Apprentice role with S+B UK and Craig Norris, the S+B UK Production Director, enrolled him on an apprenticeship for General Manufacturing through the North Lancashire Training Group.
He is on a 12-month course studying Machinery, Tools Equipment, Measuring & Marking, Cutting, Sanding, Fittings, Assembly Modules.
We are very proud of his progress so far and we hope he has a long career at S+B, learning all aspects of furniture manufacturing!
